My sock monster fixation started after making one for a friend. Now, all my spare time seems to be taken up with monsters, but I love it. All my sock monsters are handmade from brand new socks (no smelly monsters here) and stuffed with polyester filling. I am always on the search for the best stripy socks, in fact the shops in Devon must think I have something of an obsession! My monsters come with buttons for eyes which are not suitable for under 3's but with a little minor surgery they can be replaced with felt for eyes.
