FREE delivery on orders over £50
£3.50 postage and packing on orders under £50.
I send out all items via Royal Mail 1st class or Airmail.
Delivery times as follows: UK - 2-3 working days, Europe - 4-5 working days, Everywhere else - 6-7 working days
Returns
I take care to send out all my sock monsters & kits in perfect condition, if for any reason they do not arrive in perfect condition please contact me within 7 days and I will organise a replacement or refund for you. Any damaged goods must be returned to me before I can issue a refund or replacement.
If the item is not damaged but not quite what you were looking for please email me within 7 days and I will do my best to sort it out
